Format
Each team creates a club page on Chess.com in advance (at least several days before the tournament) such as:

All teams and players are to arrive at the venue at 173-177 Euston Rd., London NW1 2BJ by 1pm to register and log-in to their devices on the Wi-Fi and Chess.com and join the Chess.com tournament arena link.
The format is a 90-minute multi-club Chess.com-rated arena which will start at 1.30pm. Only players who are present at the venue are allowed to join the arena, if anyone joins from outside the whole team is automatically disqualified. The time controls are 3+2.
The top two teams in the arena will qualify for the final and will compete against each other in an over-the-board match during the break between rounds during the main event (estimated time 4pm) to crown the winner, which may be in the main tournament hall subject to availability.
The time controls will 10+5 with two matches against the same opponent played back-to-back. The board order is set by Chess.com rapid-play ratings. Each team must be prepared to field at least 6 players within the final, and the two captains can agree for the match to be played on up to 10 boards. If there is a draw, the team that finished 1st in the arena will win the competition.
Prizes:
1st placed team: £500
2nd placed team: £250
Bonus prize: £250 to whichever team brings the most players to the tournament.
These prizes will be coordinated/distributed by the Global Chess League company.
